Prior to ever thinking about getting into the real estate field, I owned a successful Education Consulting firm. I have a Master's degree in Business Administration and an Ed.S. degree (post-graduate degree) in Educational Leadership. I had always dreamed of building a consulting company in the education field to help Florida teachers, students and administrators. Once my dream came true, I continued living in that passion and served as CEO/Owner of that company for 8 years.
I decided to start investing in real estate while still leading my consulting firm. I thought it would be exciting. It was a great way to get into doing fix and flips while building a rental portfolio. As I was looking at a variety of homes that needed remodeling, I began to wonder what it would be like to get my real estate license and become a real estate agent. The thought of selling homes, preparing homes for listings, helping buyers find homes, and helping families upgrade to larger homes or downsize was so intriguing to me. I began studying for the real estate exam, eventually took the exam, and passed it on the first try. I was so excited!
Ever since I passed the exam, I have served as a REALTOR® full time and I love it. This industry has been so much fun, and I am able to use the skill sets that I acquired while previously serving as CEO. My contract experience, negotiation know-how, customer service, and problem solving knowledge has helped every single one of my real estate clients. I've met some amazing people in my real estate journey, and I can't wait to meet you!
